Voice Break

Today I woke up and felt really good. Because my phlegm for a month is finally gone. Or at least I can't feel it in my throat any longer. Wonderful. Splendid. What a pleasant surprise. So anyway, I really wanted to talk about this guy named Justin Bieber. Apparently he has 2 hit songs called One Time and One Less Lonely Girl. Well, he just reminded me how many of these kiddy boys have achieved fame just because they havent had hit their voice break. Why I'm saying this is because one day, I was watching this guy in my classroom, who has a really terrible voice break, attempting to sing this Justin Bieber's song called One Time.

Ok for those who don't know the song. Here it is.

Not that I love or hate the song, but what's worth mentioning about this song is the high key for a male's voice, but since he hasn't had his voice broken, I guess it doesn't count. Ok so anyway back to the topic, one of the really annoying noisy guys in my class was singing this song in ...I dunno...like 10 keys down? It sounded really horrible and yea as I said earlier, it reminded me of what would happen to these little kiddo boy stars once they've had their voice break, especially one as bad as the annoying guy in my class. I mean..look at what happened to Shawn Tok and now the third winner of Campus (sorry can't remember his name).

Yea anyway and then I saw this video which is just pure class.

He's a really nice guy. Teaching others how to play his song on guitar and then he performs it and his voice is awesome, especially in this video. Worth a watch if you love good music, or just David Cook.

And anyway the J1s are coming in on Thursday. Wonder if there will be anyone I know...hehe. Alright that's about it for now. Have to get back to studying. Really happy my voice is back! Elated.
